To help you start using the new booking system from Legend, we have put together some handy how-to guides for you along with some useful information.
Guides
Register for online services – this is for existing Active Nottingham members who are new to the Legend system and would like to use the online booking portal and Active Nottingham app.
Parent Portal – how to link your child/children’s account to your profile
Reset your password – to use the new Legend booking system, you will need to first re-register your account (follow the guide at the top) and then you will be required to reset your password. Your old password will no longer work.
Ladies Only sessions can be found online and in the Active Nottingham app (under Book activities in the app, look for the Ladies Only icon – this includes swimming, fitness classes and health suite sessions that are specific for Ladies Only)
Booking reminders/cancellations/waiting list messages via the Active Nottingham app – we are currently working with our provider to set up email alerts to advise you of bookings when you’ve been automatically added to classes (waiting list automatic promotion) etc. Please bear with us, in the meantime, please ensure you check your “my booking” section of the app regularly or speak to your local leisure centre.
Upgrading membership – if you wish to upgrade your membership please speak to your local leisure centre or Customer Service Team here as this currently cannot be done online.
Gym and health suite timeslots
Gym sessions: you can turn up within your one-hour booking slot and stay for your one-hour session.
Health suite sessions: to make things fair for everyone, you must turn up to your designated time slot for your session and will only be able to stay for the duration of that session. For example, you book a health suite session at 2.15pm for 60 minutes, but you arrive at 2.30pm – you will need to leave the health suite by 3.15pm as your 60 minutes have expired.
