Our facilities are available on a Pay As You Go basis, but if it's Membership you're after, we have a wide range of packages available to suit your lifestyle.

We offer over 300 instructor-led fitness classes to suit all ages and fitness levels – you’ll be sure to find a class that meets your lifestyle needs. Our classes are enjoyable; you’ll definitely be back the following week!

Fitness classes are great social events, why not bring a friend or two, or do what many of our customers do….come along and make new friends! We have so many different classes with many great benefits, such as:

• Aqua classes – water supports the body, putting less stress and strain on your joints and muscles. Working out in the water helps to build strength, and it’s incredibly fun! It’s not often you say that about a workout 😀
• Conditioning classes – to tone and sculpt your body
• Aerobic classes – to burn calories and boost fitness
• Dance classes – learn new dance moves whilst getting fit, and having a good boogie!
