Swim for fun and fitness; available on a Membership or Pay as You Go basis.

Swimming is one of the most effective and enjoyable ways to exercise your body and improve fitness levels. Regular swimming can help to build muscle and improve cardio fitness, it also helps you to feel stronger, more flexible and less stressed (for most lifestyles, this is a huge bonus).

Choose from leisure and fitness pools, teaching and toddler pools. We offer lessons for juniors and adults, swim for relaxation, aqua classes, flumes and much, much more. For more information about facilities available near you, find your local leisure centre.

Once you’ve done with the pool, head to the health suites to unwind after your workout and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation time. You’ll find it complete with a sauna, steam room and Monsoon Showers*.
