A friendly, inclusive social activity morning that includes access to Swim for Health, activities in the Sports Hall and includes tea and coffee.
Where is it held?
Move More sessions take place at Harvey Hadden Sports Village on Mondays and Clifton Leisure Centres on Friday
Clifton Leisure Centre:
Fridays 1:30pm - 3:30pm
A bottle of water, swimwear, clothes to wear in the sports hall, a towel, toiletries, and £1 for a locker.
How much does it cost?
£5 per session and an Active Nottingham account is required (FREE to create). Non-Active Nottingham account/full-price £6.00
Get Out Get Active monitoring
Get Out Get Active Nottingham supports this session; therefore, participants are kindly requested to complete a participant registration form for monitoring and evaluation purposes. All information will be kept in line with GDPR regulations and only used for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
The session welcomes anyone looking for inclusive, entry-level activities including those living with Dementia and their carers, people with disabilities or long-term health conditions, and those looking to get back into activity.
The sessions will be supported by a member of staff, who will be on hand to welcome participants and support them throughout the activity.
Each session will cost £5 and requires the creation of a FREE Active Nottingham account. Non-Active Nottingham account/full-price £6.00
