Working in partnership with Her Spirit this Strength Programme is designed to help every woman get stronger. Suitable for women of all abilities from those just starting out to those who are already doing some strength activity. This class uses body weight and small weights and is great for those of you who are new to strength or looking to increase your strength with hand weights.
