Following the announcement on 30 December 2020 of increased Tier 4 restrictions to curb the spread of coronavirus, we’ve been working hard to clarify all implications and take the best possible actions to benefit you and our staff. We’re committed to providing value.

What this means for you

Customers who pay by Direct Debit

This includes Flexible Fitness 12-month agreements and rolling monthly memberships as well as Swim School (swimming lessons) and Play Tennis (tennis coaching).

Don’t worry, during this period of closure we won’t be taking Direct Debit Payments and the payment due on the 5th January 2021 has been stopped. We’ll be in touch once we’re able to reopen and will update you when payments will resume. You don’t need to do anything.

Update my details

By maintaining your membership with Active Nottingham, you’ll continue to benefit from our price-freeze promise, meaning you keep the same great value monthly fee you pay for your membership as you did when you joined.

Customers who have paid annually

If you have an annual membership, paid for in advance, it will be extended for the duration of the closure period for free, ensuring you don’t miss out on any entitlement.

Customers who Pay and Play

For any Pay and Play customers who had booked and paid for a session, you will receive a refund or credit for a future session of the same activity. Our team will be in touch with you shortly.
