Don’t worry, we didn’t take any payments in November while we were closed. We’ll be in touch regarding December payments. You don’t need to do anything.

By maintaining your membership with Active Nottingham, you’ll continue to benefit from our price-freeze promise, meaning you keep the same great value monthly fee you pay for your membership as you did when you joined.
If you have an annual membership, paid for in advance, it will be extended for the duration of the closure period for free, ensuring you don’t miss out on any entitlement.
For any Pay and Play customers who had booked and paid for a session, you will receive a refund or credit for a future session of the same activity. Our team will be in touch with you shortly.
