Take part in eligible activities at our Active Nottingham leisure centres* between 13 March and 30 April and you could be in with the chance of winning:

Rules:
Complete each tier to be entered into the prize draw. E.g. to be entered into the Tier 3 prize draw, you must also attend eligible activities weekly and complete Tier 1 and Tier 2.
After each visit and participation in an eligible activity, participants can record 1 ‘tick’ on their activity card. Maximum of 1 tick per visit.
So, get your skates on and pick up an activity card from reception today!
The prize draw will take place on 8 May 2023.

- Submit your completed card to reception by 30 April 2023
- If you fill in a card, collect another for more chances of winning
- Centres included in the challenge: Clifton Leisure Centre, Djanogly Community Leisure Centre, Ken Martin Leisure Centre, Southglade Leisure Centre, Harvey Hadden Sports Village and Victoria Leisure Centre
- Must be a Fitness+ or Swim+ member to take part
