Incorporating yoga moves into fitness!

What is it?

Yoga is a practice which incorporates movement, a range of postures and meditation. This class combines fitness and strength training with yoga.

What do I need?

  • A bottle of water
  • A towel to wipe off your sweat
  • Comfortable footwear
  • Comfortable clothing

Is it for me?

Develop mental calmness, body awareness and strength by joining us for a class. Enjoy a range of postures which target the whole body and bring numerous health benefits.

This class is marked as a level 1 at our Leisure Centres. It will focus on breathing, strength and flexibility to completely reboot you before or after a long day.
