Fitness classes

Intensity Level 2

What is it?

Our Step classes are energetic classes that are suitable for all levels of fitness ability, designed to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance by incorporating upper and lower body movements. This helps agility and coordination.

What do I need?

A bottle of water, a towel to wipe off your sweat, comfortable footwear and comfortable clothing.

Is it for me?

This class is great for beginners, experts and intermediates. It's a fun, high-energy and enduring class regime to help you increase leg and ankle strength, with a focus on the lower limbs – helping to boost energy around the body.
