An all-over mind and body workout

What is it?

Our Pilates class is a great all over body and mind workout, which we use to incorporate flexibility, breathing techniques and core strength modules to our fitness regimes. This class is beneficial for helping to improve posture, balance and joint mobility in those who stick to it.

What do I need?

  • A bottle of water
  • A towel to wipe off your sweat
  • Comfortable footwear
  • Comfortable clothing

Is it for me?

If you’re looking for a fun regular class to help boost your energy levels, improve your flexibility and movement, and relieve stress and tension, our Pilates course is the one for you.

This is a Level 1 marked class at our Leisure Centres, and is open to all levels of ability, so to find out what Pilates can do for you, check out our next session!
