What is it?

Glide: Bums, Tums and Thighs is a low-impact conditioning workout with floor work using exercises that focus on tightening and toning the lower body. Using the gliding discs will ramp up the intensity of the bodyweight exercises whilst you engage your muscles and perfect your form.

What do I need?

A bottle of water, comfortable footwear and comfortable clothing.

Is it for me?

This class targets your stubborn areas without expecting you to have any prior gym expertise. Come along to give your exercise routine a pick-me-up in a relaxed, low-pressure environment.
