Give it a go

A large group of people in a sports hall taking part in a Fight Klub class.

What is it?

A notorious workout class designed to teach you energetic self-defence moves, whilst shaping and toning your body and improving your general fitness levels.

What do I need?

A bottle of water, a towel, comfortable footwear, clothing and gloves. We recommend gloves that protect your knuckles and are not heavy due to the repetitive nature of the workout.

Is it for me?

Our Fight Klub is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness. It's super fun and helps you to tone arms, thighs, waists and core muscles. It's a powerful workout that can leave you feeling confident and strong in between sessions. If you're ready for a fun twist on your usual workout routine, come along for a try!
