Body Conditioning is a top-to-toe conditioning class, designed to help you improve on strength, fitness, muscle tone and overall fitness, with a particular focus on training the body for high intensity workouts.

What do I need?

A bottle of water, a towel, and comfortable footwear and clothing

Looking to prepare your body for some high intensity training or fitness? Body Conditioning is a unique class, ready to help you improve on your stamina and strength, conditioning your muscles for a powerful workout.
