Ballet inspired moves to tone and firm your body, mixed with traditional body conditioning exercises.

What do I need?

A bottle of water, a towel, and comfortable footwear and clothing.

Is it for me?

A Barre Fitness class will enhance your flexibility and challenge your body to move effortlessly. It is a low-impact, high-intensity exercise that can strengthen your core, tone your muscles and improve your posture.
