Are you looking to get active in a fun, friendly inclusive activity? The project provides opportunities for inactive people to get back in to activity or to try something for the first time.
Get Out Get Active (GOGA) is an exciting new programme that supports disabled and non-disabled people to enjoy being active together. Funded by Spirit of 2012, all partners are focused on getting some of the UK’s least active people moving more through fun and inclusive activities.
Get Out Get Active is happening in Nottingham across three areas of the city.
Area 1: (North) Bilborough, Aspley and Bulwell
Area 2: (Central) St Ann’s and The Dales
Area 3: (South) Clifton North & South
The activities take place in these locations but are open to people from across the city.
To support delivery we’re working with partners such as Activeace, Ridewise, YMCA, Nottinghamshire FA, Nottingham Community and Voluntary Service with activities taking place both in community centres and Nottingham City Council Leisure facilities.
